The Pump Boys--Jackson, L.M., Jim, and Eddie--sell high octane on Highway 57 in Grand Ole Opry country. The Dinettes--Prudie and Rhetta Cupp--run the Double Cupp diner next door. Together they fashion a laugh-out-loud evening of country western songs including "Fisherman's Prayer", "Drinking Shoes", "Farmer Tan", and "The Night Dolly Parton was Almost Mine." A combination of country pop concert and musical theatre, they perform on guitars, piano, bass and, yes, kitchen utensils. Nominated for a Tony Award as Best Musical in 1982.
Performances are October 12, 13, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27, 2007.
